When I saw these cookies for the first time, I knew immediately that I would have to make them. I noticed them on America’s Test Kitchen Instagram account and they looked sooo pretty, though simple to make. Two days later I could call a batch of these pretty babies mine. They taste gorgeous, with their rich chocolate flavor, almost Brownie-like, and their super moist center makes you reach for the next one in no time.

These apple cider caramels are simply amazing! They are chewy and soft at the same time and boast intense apple flavor. I always sprinkle some coarse sea salt ontop – it pairs so well with the sweet caramel. Simply deeellllliiiiicccciioooouussss!!! This frozen yogurt is delicious, healthy and incredibly easy to make. You will need just four ingredients (frozen strawberries, yogurt, syrup and lemon/lime juice), throw them together in a blender or food processor and mix until creamy. This doesn’t even take 5 minutes, rather 2. Fresh strawberries can be used instead of frozen ones, however they must be frozen before processed. Btw, I used a small food processor.
