Thanks Jane Dornbusch, Katherine Taylor & the Boston Globe for this wonderful story!
Ursula,
My neighbor here in Beverly has family in from Austria who visit many times per year.
I am sure they would be pleased to share their experiences here in the USA and would would love to know where they might find a little piece of Vienna here in the Boston area.
You can reach me outside of the public domain through e-mail.
Keep up the good work!

Jack, nice to hear that! I’ll send you and email. Best, Ursula
Ursula,
I am bringing your fellow Austrians to the airport later today. I shared your Boston Globe press with them and they were delighted.
If you would like to make contact with them while they are here, please send me an e-mail with your contact details and I will reply and put you in touch with them directly.
Regards,
Jack Crowley
Hi Jack,
I’m glad that they liked the artice. Sorry, I’m pretty busy and out of town for the next couple of days. But of course I always love to meet fellow Austrians ;-). Just contact me here: [email protected]. Best, Ursula

Hi Garrick,
In total you need 3/8 cups = 6 tablespoons. So add half the amount first (a little more than 1/8 cup OR 3 tablespoons OR 45 ml) and than add the rest. But you can eyeball – this is only to avoid lumps. The batter should be thick first and become a litte thinner as you add more milk.
Hope that helps! Ursula
